PowerPole connectors do hold together reliably up to a pull of approx. 3kg. With a stronger force the connection becomes separated. This is a good solution for situations where a fast disconnect is mandatory. But if you intend to have an absolutely locked connection, you can secure the connectors with the clips offered here. Suitable applications are in a car, boat, airplane or an RC vehicle with high vibration.

The PowerPole connectors have small retention holes into which the fastening pins or those clips fit. The Maxi-Clip additionally encloses the end of the connector housing.
